At SchoolBusAds.org we offer a very unique style of advertising which is a form of mobile advertising (OOH) where we place advertisements on school buses to help reach your target audience in residential areas including traveling from stop to stop.

Each large school bus holds 54 students traveling to 54 residential locations x 6 daily (324 stops daily) for 10 months, most buses run a three tier system in which each bus makes runs for High School, Middle School and Elementary School, that’s 3240 residential locations daily if you have 10 ads if you have 100 ads running that’s 32,400 residential stops daily not including the travel exposure between those locations. (Half that for smaller 21 passenger van style buses)

How it works: Once a decision has been made on the district, size and quantity of ads, contracts and invoice will be submitted to the advertiser, a 50% deposit will be required to initiate the process, once contracts and deposit are received SchoolBusAds.org will require a preliminary sample of the advertisement to be submitted to the district for board approval, this process can take anywhere from two to four weeks depending on the board meeting dates, once approved art work will be sent to print, this process takes approximately 1 week depending on the amount of ads, once printed installation will be setup with the district and install will take place, this process usually can take from 1 to 2 weeks depending on the amount of ads. Once all ads have been installed, contracts will initiate the day ensuing the installation and will expire 12 months from that day. (Contracts are 10 months with 2 months free)

We will notify your school district when there is a suitable advertiser available
Upon the district preliminary approval, SchoolBusAds.org will have the advertiser begin the process of designing the advertisement which will then be provided to the school district for review and approval by the Board of Education. At this time, the district will also be provided with a quotation of the amount of revenue the district will receive for the advertising.
Once approval for the advertisement is passed by the Board of Education, advertising installment will be scheduled with the school district
